Delivery/ re-delivery
As the food is frozen, please ensure someone will be at the delivery address to receive your food and keep it in the freezer.

If no one is present or contactable for further instructions, your food will be left near your door. Please note that Zoomy's will not be liable for any loss/ the condition of the food left outside.

If the driver is unable to drop off the item at your address e.g. security does not permit entry, the food will be taken back. A re-delivery fee of $20 ($10 for the food to be returned to us and another $10 for redelivery on another day)

Change of address/ re-schedule delivery
For any change of address or you need to reschedule, please notify us by WhatsApp/ Email  24 hours before your scheduled delivery. A fee of $6 will be charged for changes made less than 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.

Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns of our food.

Subscription Plans T&Cs

-By subscribing to our subscription plans, you agree to allow Zoomy’s to charge your credit card on a recurring basis according to the frequency of your subscription plan

-If we are unable to charge your credit card e.g. credit card has expired or problems with the credit card, your order and delivery will not be processed 

-Our subscription plans are for a minimum period of 6 months. After 6 months, the subscription plan will automatically continue until you cancel the subscription 

-Early termination requests (less than 6 months into your subscription) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis e.g. due to medical reasons with supporting documents
